Medical Director
Dr. Trevor Eason is a clinician dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through a personalized, evidence-informed approach to medicine. While his primary focus is internal medicine, he incorporates principles of functional medicine, functional neurology, and physical medicine to provide comprehensive care that addresses both the underlying causes of illness and the factors that support long-term wellness.
Drawing from a diverse clinical background and extensive postgraduate training, Dr. Eason integrates conventional medical practices with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic strategies to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. He is committed to building meaningful partnerships with his patients, empowering them with education, guidance, and support throughout their healthcare journey.
Throughout his career, Dr. Eason has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles across multiple healthcare systems, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Ascension Saint Thomas, and Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He maintains locum and PRN hospitalist status and continues to provide inpatient medical services. His professional experience spans acute care, outpatient medicine, physical medicine, integrative medicine and multidisciplinary patient management, allowing him to bring a broad clinical perspective to the patients he serves.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Eason has contributed to medical education as a guest lecturer and adjunct faculty member for universities, professional organizations, and medical conferences.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Eason is devoted to his family and values the importance of faith, health, and personal well-being. He and his wife, Kelsey, are proud parents to their two children, Blakelyn and Brooks. His commitment to fostering health and vitality within his own family serves as a continual inspiration for the compassionate, patient-centered care he provides to those he serves.
